Keep Burying Ron Paul, but be fair

We've gotten hundreds of emails the last couple days from people interested in helping bury Ron Paul. We even had a guy who really wanted to bury Ron Paul.

Let's keep burying Ron Paul story's on Digg, Netscape, and Reddit, but let's also clear a couple things up.

We are ONLY advocating keeping inflated story's about Ron from appearing on social news sites when they otherwise would not. Follow the 30 users listed, add them as friends, and add some of their friends. When you see them digging a Ron Paul story, bury it once. This will help offset their useless diggs.

Let's try to be fair about it, and only really digg storys that are inflated/useless. Don't bury every story with Ron Paul's name mentioned, only ones that are truly about him.

We don't want to hear threats towards Ron Paul, we don't think he is a bad guy, though asking people to digg his storys on his campaign websites is a bit irresponsible and cheap.

You mean like asking people to bury his stories? Oh wait...

For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction

I don't even read Digg, Netscape, and Reddit but now that you just announced your plans on the internet like a genius I guess you will be seeing even more Ron Paul supporters on those sites. Thanks a lot. I will pass this information to the mailing lists I am on.

"We are ONLY advocating keeping inflated story's about Ron from appearing on social news sites when they otherwise[?] would not."
In which reality do the Ron Paul supporters not exist? We are just as much a part of this social network as you are and we are simply exercising our right to vote. You can try to hide our support all you like but we are many and you are few. btw at this stage Ron Pauls greatest challenge is simply name recognition, so I would suggest that there is not currently such a thing as bad publicity, especially considering his squeaky clean background and the truth of his message.

Wow, quality. The only thing you are burying is your own grave.

Wow - you are obviously a hater and a Democrat. Pathetic really. You can't beat the momentum building nor can you extinguish the fire that has started. We are dedicated to escorting Dr and Mrs. Ron Paul into the Whitehouse and your silly website will do nothing to stop the American public.

with the intention of artificially inflating or altering the 'digg count', blog count, comments, or any other Digg service, including by way of creating separate user accounts for the purpose of artificially altering Digg's services; giving or receiving money or other remuneration in exchange for votes; or participating in any other organized effort that in any way artificially alters the results of Digg's services.

If Digg closes your account you can just blame me.

Oh no... Please tell me you didn't report my digg account!

It's going take me 5 minutes to make a new one :-(

what a pathetic attempt to try and smear Ron Paul, the one and only true person with an integrity not seen in any of USA politicians for long long time..
This website reflects the character of its founder... you are pathetic.

Woohoo! Ron Paul for President, the best for USA and a godsent to the rest of the world

This is really stupid and against the terms and ccnditions of digg. I hope digg will remove your votes and accounts.

It is ok to inform people that there is a website called digg.com and that it is to our advantage if you digg our/this story. What is not ok is to (mass) mobilize people to digg/bury something they would not have digged/buried on their own.

What a shame and a waste of valuable energy I might add. It reminds me of someone who spends much of their life becoming expertly skilled at lets say... the yo-yo, or balancing spinning plates from different parts of the body. What a pointless waste of time and effort simply to help silence someone who is unselfishly the only candidate working on behalf of 'We the People' as opposed to 'We the Corporate & International Special Interest Groups', where many or most of the other candidates pledge their allegiance. If you have any doubt and/or integrity for that matter, look at Congressman Paul’s voting record & responsible and ethical actions before deciding to sheepishly follow the clowns that organized this blog. Big corporate media and their sponsors are laughing at you! I cannot imagine what your motivation could be? I mean this with all due respect and blunt sincerity- get a life.

way to support democracy you stupid fuck.

Don't you know the Universe doesn't respond to negativity? Ironically you'll only be helping Ron Paul, energizing his supporters and make people who oppose Ron Paul look more like douchebags than they already do.
By all means, please continue.

"I cannot imagine what your motivation could be? I mean this with all due respect and blunt sincerity- get a life."

I actually have nothing against Ron Paul, as I have said in 100's of emails, I do not even know the difference between a democrat or a republican.

This is my life. I have many sites and blogs, all contributing to my mortgage.

...but this would be participating in organized effort that in any way artificially alters the results of Digg's services. Thats against diggs tos. What is it you're complaining about again?

What, exactly, are you afraid of? This is truly, truly pathetic.

Hey..I have a question.

Are you jooish?

I use to have compassion for individuals like you who were "brainwashed" by the likes of Bush/Chenney, "Rudi McRomney" and cousin "Freddie" Plus Dem Relatives "Obama" and "Hillary" (all of them CFR Globalist?)... However, now I can only feel sorry for them...

Anonymous said...

I feel sorry for you. Get a life.

Go Ron Paul!

I have been burying Ron Paul related stories for weeks, funny, no idea what he's about, however his supporters are jerks.

Anonymous said...

By being a spambot, Ron Paul instantly killed any willingness on my part to look at his policies and opinions.
Burying anything on Digg with the string "Ron Paul" in it is an excellent strategy; it is quick, and efficient. If someone wants to submit a story that has all candidates' names in it, it will get buried unless they don't mention Paul, which is exactly what we want to go for.

Ron Paul=Freedom
You Guys=Fascists
If Ron Paul doesn't win the election, you commies will get what you deserve. Heil Hillary!

Ron Paul never advocated anyone to swarm the internet and spam for him. It is all spontaneous grassroots support, which scares you.

This is what happens when you fucking losers bury legitimate Ron Paul stories and piss us off:

http://www.digg.com/videos_educational/
The_best_video_of_Ron_Paul_everyone_please_digg

Most viewed video in the last 365 days on Digg, accomplished in 24 hours.

Fucking owned, maggots.

You guys bury RP all you want. But you will be outnumbered. Heh heh.

Why do you hate freedom? That is all Ron Paul is advocating. The new YouTube a supporter posted yesterday made 200,000 views in about the first 30 hours. And already a newpaper in Australia is claiming the Ron Paul Campaign hacked into the site to fix the numbers. Watch the video! Freedom is popular! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FG2PUZoukfA

I will help bury Ron Paul whenever I use Digg. I am a progressive who opposes throwing health care, education, and social services under the bus so that libertarians can have lower taxes. I can't stand Bush, but Ron Paul (a Republican) is by no means the answer.

Bury Ron Paul and Digg Dennis Kucinich!

First let me say I am a proud Ron Paul supporter. Although I wish not to be lumped together with the ones who fly off the handle and spew hate to anyone who isn't. This is def. NOT what Ron would want. His campain does NOT endorse/incourage spam. They do however incourage everyone to read and investigate all the candidates then decide for your self. Now I know that is sorta a radical idea, and some prefer to have the gov. tell them what to belive and how to spend there hard earned money, but I for one like to think for myself. I would personally love to be able to research a school that has to try to have the best for my kids, if I think they do then I decide to give them my money to send my child there. Not have it forcefull taken from me every week and sent to a school system that is told what they can and can not teach our/ my children. To top it off if I choose to send my child to private school they still send my money to the other school and force me to pay the private school out of what is left. There is No opt out option. And here is where I had to do some research, since not 1 dime of our income tax dollars do anything to help anyone in this country, because it ALL goes to the Federal Reserve (A privetly owned bank not a government bank) to payback just the interest on the money they so carelessly print out, I'd like to see that tax go away. Our state tax,gas tax, alcohol tax, cigarette tax, license tax, marriage tax, sales tax, and about twenty more I could name are what fund this country. Please just due your homework then decide. I know that some of Ron's supporters can be a little pushy, and some can be downright mean, and rude (shame on you, Ron would be disappointed) but some are just like me and just want to live in a country where the government works for us and not the other way around. Where we the people have a voice, where I can make my own informed choices (because I get to see ALL the information and not just what the GOV. decides I'm smart enough to handle.) and YOU can make yours.

Check out this new Christian band that just released their first album. From what I heard on the samples site, they sound really good.
